Lost aura

It was just like any other day. After seeing the kids off to school and my beloved husband to work, I got a call from my best friend. She wanted me to accompany her to do some shopping. Well, in Kota bharu here, it's either to the KB Mall or Tesco. So I thought it was most probably to KB Mall.
Neither one. It was a shopping trip to of all places, Mydin Kubang Kerian. I was a bit apprehensive because I never like going to Mydin. There's one in Kota Bharu. Now this one in Kubang Kerian is newly opened and I've heard people said that on the opening day alone, it managed to amass RM2m in earnings. Man! People in Kelantan can really shopped! It is a huge store but I was surprised that the goods sold here is a little bit different in quality than the one in Kota Bharu.
After an hour helping my friend picked up some stuff from the first floor, we were then in the supermarket section. The meat and fish section were okay and the workers were helpful.It 's hard to get good service from some workers here in Kelantan but I guess it's also the same everywhere. Today was exceptionally good. 
At the ice cream section, I picked up my all time favourite, Wall's Magnum. Cheaper here than any other store. I know because I always compare prices about this particular brand of ice cream. Then I saw this advert at another freezer, 3 packs for only RM5. It has the picture of Mawi on it. Wah! So cheap-ah! Wall's Fantasia! I guess it's true what people have been saying about his lost aura. But he will always be the King of SMSes.
So what can I say about Mydin Kubang Kerian? I will definitely come back and maybe do my shopping here again. Can't confirm yet because Tesco gives me a better deal with monthly coupons and offers. Got it through the post. Tesco really helped me to save a lot.
